ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This moment is not a crisis. It is a threshold.
The world has changed. Most leadership development responds by giving you better frameworks for a world that no longer exists. This program does something different. It gives you the one thing frameworks cannot: clarity about who you are, what you are for, and what only you can bring to the table.
That clarity is called purpose.
And for most leaders, it has never been fully discovered—not because they lack depth or self-awareness, but because the work never left room for it.
PROVEN WHERE IT MATTERS
Leading in the Unknown with Purpose is built on the Purpose to Impact® methodology created by Nick Craig, co-author of the foundational HBR article “From Purpose to Impact,” now part of HBR’s “10 Must Reads for Business Students.”
The methodology has been taught at Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, and West Point, and trusted inside LEGO® Group, Unilever, ING, and DBS Bank. Independent peer-reviewed research by economists at the London School of Economics and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business confirms that purpose discovery produces measurable, lasting results.
25,000+ leaders. 50+ global organizations. 25 years of field-tested practice.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Accomplished leaders who recognize that leading well in this moment requires more than strategy alone.
- You may be leading a transformation and need clarity on what matters most.
- You may sense the gap between the career you built and the impact you know you are capable of.
- You may be navigating a transition, a new role, or a new chapter.
- Or you may be successful by every external measure and privately asking whether this is still the right work.
THREE DAYS. FOUR MONTHS.
Day 1. Uncover: You excavate the crucible moments that shaped you and the leadership experiences where you were at your best. The recurring thread of your life, your purpose, begins to emerge.
Day 2. Claim: Purpose stops being a concept and becomes a compass, mapped across your work, your relationships, and your community.
Day 3. Lead: You build your Purpose to Impact® Plan. A concrete roadmap from your three-year vision to what you do in the next 30 days.
The program does not end in Cambridge. Over the following four months your cohort meets regularly to share progress and hold one another accountable.
